By using CatéGPT you accept these terms. CatéGPT is a documentary assistance tool based on the texts of the Catholic Church.

Service

CatéGPT helps you discover the official texts of the Church and provides verifiable references. It does not replace the Magisterium, a priest, a spiritual director, or the sacrament of confession.

Account and free use

Chat is free. A free account is required beyond a few anonymous questions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

API and credits

The API is a separate product billed by usage through prepaid credits (minimum top-up of 10 USD). Credits are consumed per call and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, not to attempt to circumvent it, and to comply with applicable law.

Intellectual property

The official texts cited remain the property of their holders. CatéGPT claims no rights over these sources and invites you to consult them at the source.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Despite our accuracy efforts, CatéGPT does not warrant the absence of errors and disclaims liability to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
